Users are able to in build their profile and resume between 8-6 months before release, this would help collated and tr their information over a period of time a which they can use to set up a personal profile. based on their interests.
PREPARE
Access to career and emotional support with mentors/people of similar interest to help communication and build trust.
Mentors that are willing to help them navigate the hiring process and give the voluntary support that they need.
PRACTICE
Help through the application process to take tutorials on skills building and interview preparations up until final acceptance. access to jobs based on profile and skills, with companies that support felony background
